Are you an experienced Sales Coach Manager? We are seeking a detail-oriented sales leader to provide sales guidance, knowledge, and support for our newly hired Account Executives. Responsibilities you’ll have as a Sales Coach Manager:

  • Build, develop, and coach sales teams capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives
  • Implement and guide solution-selling services focused on MRR
  • Create and train best practices around using Microsoft Dynamics for client interaction and marketing
  • Pipeline management/forecasting and activity attainment to support revenue growth
  • Plan and monitor sales associates’ performance, including evaluation process based on first-year goals
  • Coach sales associates on maintaining relationships, negotiating skills, and closing deals
  • Identify and develop new lines of business growth
  • Develop manufacturer-lead programs to assist with new client development and prospecting efforts
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of new hire sales associates

The knowledge, skills, and abilities you need to be successful:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a role focused on solution selling in the IT industry
  • 5+ years’ experience selling to IT end-users
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Recent experience in the VAR industry required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the desire to work in a team environment across organizational, functional boundaries
  • Ability to work with or without direction
  • Computer proficiency (typing, emailing, web browsing, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel), multi-tasking skills, organizational, time/decision management skills
